“If you are not jealous of us, you soon will be. We have been tenants in 44 Capital Boulevard since 2003. During that time, we have seen several property management companies come and go, but we really lucked out when we got the Colliers property management team in 2013. Since 2013, satisfaction has steadily increased and complaints have steadily decreased. Consistent progress has been made on almost all initiatives that were discussed by previous management, but never completed or even started. We have seen many improvements over the years including new carpeting and furniture in the shared use spaces, new flower beds out front with beautiful arrangements every year, new carpeting in all the elevator corridors, consistent and regular polishing of the tile floors, upgrades to HVAC, replacement of leaky windows, regular fire and safety inspections and drills, new and more modern looking security desk, touchless taps, toilets and towel dispensers in the washrooms, to name just a few of the improvements. They even changed the custodial contractor to get a team that were more thorough in their work. All of this while regularly addressing our day-to-day requests related to lighting adjustments, temperature adjustments, cleaning requests, etc. The response times are incredible and the staff are very responsive and always friendly and respectful when responding our many and varied requests. Honestly, if we were told we would have to leave this building, I think many of us would quit rather than go to another building. In all my years working in Facilities, I have never had the satisfaction levels we enjoy and have come to expect in this building since the Colliers operations team took over.”
